Laser Jet Pro MFP M177fw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laser Jet Pro MFP M177fw making a loud noise when priniting it's final page.  Will not print.  Carriage seems frozen as it will not move like it should when I ask to bring a toner cartrige forward to change it.  No error messages.  Performed a hard reset, but still wont print and carriage still frozen.  Any suggestions other than a new printer?

The cartridges may be not fit properly, open the door and check it out.

It'd better take drum out first and lay it beside you may need to use both of your hands turn and rock the cartridge to make it back to its right place.

There's a hole under the top door insert a screw driver into it then you can turn the cartridge freely.

You surely  have to turn the rock forcely and hardly to take every one of four cartridges out of the machine if you did then turn off M177 and turn on it again then put the cartridge one by one once the M177 tells you to do it.

Don't forget to take the OPC out first when you trying to take out the cartridges.

It must have one or two of the four cartridges is or are stuck once you take that one out the rest of them should be turn easily and taken out sasily.
