Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since a few days, the paper stucks after leaving the paper-tray. When I print one page: no problem. When I print more pages at once, the paper stucks at the second page. I tried with new paper, but no success. Any other suggestions?

I looked at the settings and in some cases I saw the same printer twice. After remove and reinstall, I could print some pages without problem. To follow up and see if the problem reoccurs.

Check the paper settings and ensure that it shows the correct paper loaded in the tray.
