I get Error message 55.0602 and it wont resolve with reastart. Online it says I need to replace PCA for the motor control unit. What is that and how can that be done?

I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform a reset on the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it. Click here for more details on how to access the private messages on HP Support Community
If still issue persist then I recommend you contact support as it looks like a hardware issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with the tech support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
*Say thanks by clicking the "Kudos! Star" which is on the left*
