LaserJet 1015
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My LaserJet 1015 feeds an additional sheet after every print job which then stops half way and brings up the fault light. After forcing the sheet out of the printer, everything returns to normal. My OS is Windows 7  PRO, 64bit, and I have not made any changes to the system at all. I was unable to use the automated trouble shooter, as it does recognize my OS as NT, and does not show Windows 7 as an option?

Thank you very much for the info, this was indeed where the problem was. The presentation showed clearly what steps to take, but would have been much better if it was not constantly interrupted with pop-ups. Once again, many thanks for your assistance.
