HP LaserJet Pro 4002dw Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a brand new LaserJet Pro 4002dw. I have set it to sleep after 5 minutes and I have disabled its shut down feature by setting it to never. I have also checked Disable Shutdown when ports are active. It's with the latest Firmware Version YOSHINXXXN002.2513A.00 Built Date  2025-03-28.
Looks like it shuts down after a day and I can't wake it up by any button or printing job. However the wifi light is on and I can access it from the Embedded Web Server but when I try the Power Cycle feature to restart it it stucks on shutting down.
Every time It requres hard reset from the power button.
Is there a possible solution to prevent it from shutting down?
Is this a software problem? If so is there a way to revert the software update?
