HP Color LaserJet 4600
Microsoft Windows XP

I use the printer to print a newsletter for a car club. A few months back, I had a paper jam that has messed up the color printing. The colors are miss-aligned. It prints great in grayscale. I ran the PQ Troubleshooting with printout. On the first page the 3 color outside the box , with  blue the worst then red, then yellow. The final configuration page has all the same information, but the dot and right angle corner inlays are all messed up.

The hexidecimal ??? numbers in the lower right portion of the page have all changed

Turn printer OFF, remove toners, turn it back ON, when prompted install all 4 toners, wait for a printer to automatically calibrate colour and send something to print to see are colours now calibrated.

I tried power off remove ink, turn power on, waited for install command. It didn’t work. I then did a forced calibration - that didn’t work. I then installed 4 new ink cartridges - using the first method. That didn’t work. Any more ideas? I attached photos of calibration results before and after paper jamF48DE945-15F6-49FF-9FA1-14B18C3F31E2.jpeg

Thanks for the input. Need a few more suggestions. I included a few photos that might help.

Thanks again

Reset printer to defaults in Reset submenu, repeat colour calibration 3 times.

Reset, then 3 calibrations. No change. Has anyone ever seen the skewed right angles in the corner?  It sure looks different when compared to the configuration in same page before the paper jam. It looks like a register problem, but I can’t find any info?

Thanks
