LaserJet CP1025nw Color
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Utility report shows for black ink approximate page remaining to be 1900. Supply level Ok. The black bare on the report is printed very pale. (I have to use a magnifying glass to read the report and even then some prints are not visible) Imaging unit is 20%. On the Print and Scan  Doctor report the area that should be black, is printed in very dark green. Prier to printing these reports I had an issue printing black text pages. They were partially printed as if the black ink is finnished. I tried printing pictures that include black or dark shades and it was obvious that the black was not printing at all. Try printing a totally black shape and it comes out with very pale vertical lines. How to resolve this issue?

Thank you very much for your response. I did however consulted with a technician who assisted me. Based on his professional observation, it would appear as though the printer is not registering the correct, or close approximate ink level. So even though the report showed a fair amount of black ink in the toner, it had in fact depleted. After replacing it with a new toner the issue was resolved.
