Hello,

 

I have a LaserJet HP MPF477,  since few days my printer turns on but the screen is black and appears as disable on my 2 computers (PC and macbook) so I am unable to reinitiate it, to print, to scan....

 

Last week  I changed the black toner could it be the cause? (I tried to put back the old toner that did not solve the issue)

 

I tried to turn off, remove the cable, plug and turn few minutes after but nothing works but without success.

Yes, I recommend having it evaluated by a technical service and, if necessary, replacing the part.

I have changed the formatter board the screen still black but when I open and close 4 time the front door the printer does not print the single page

 

could I try to reinstall the printer software with a bootlable usb key?
