Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M254dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've just installed my brand new LaserJet M254dw - there is a colour misalignment, particularly noticeable on text.  Automatic troubleshoot/fix doesn't throw up any issues.  Help! Am using the genuine HP toners which came with the printer.

Sounds like a colour calibration error. Is there an option to force a calibration? If that does not work I would contact place of purchase and request replacement.
