Hello!

Menu "Apps" don't open. Internet connection is ok but I can see endless 'Connecting..." only...

What's the problem? How to solve it?

Hi,

Download and install the latest printer firmware using the below link:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-Color-LaserJet-Pro-MFP-M177-series/530...

 

Once updating the printer try using Apps and check for any difference.
