I printed a few labels and they came off the page and the ink is now being transferred to new printed sheets.
I have used the cleaning feature on the printer and the excess ink appears on that page. I am not sure that purchasing the cleaning package (fuser, transfer roller, feed rollers) will solve the problem and would like some advice on that before I do purchase it.
If there is a way to attach the page showing the ink marks I would be happy to do that to show the Forum my problem. I can see the ink on the transfer roller, but do not know if replacing it would solve the problem, as I don't know if it is in/on other parts of the inside of the printer.
Thank you for any help you might beable to give me.

Do a half self test, put paper in tray one and print something and when the paper has got about 10" into the printer pop open the top cover remove the toner cartridge and look at the printed sheet while it still inside the printer.
If the printed sheet has ink marks on it then the toner cartridge is the cause of the problem if it looks clean then the fuser is the issue and replacing it will fix the problem.
