LaserJet Pro 300 color MFP M375dw

Greetings all:

After fixing a Fuser Error on this printer; someone has noticed that it is now depositing an insufficient amount of Yellow Toner on color prints.

I have replaced the Yellow toner cartridge that claimed 70% with a new one that reports 100%.  Both cartridges deposit about the same amount of yellow.

The printer has had cleaning pages run and has been allowed to calibrate on both cartridges; but still deposits an insufficient amount of Yellow Toner.

I have not been able to locate a Toner Density adjustment on this printer.

Any thoughts?

Thanks, and best regards,

Joe

Did you have the high voltage power supply removed to replace the Fuser? You may have a bad contact on the yellow cartridge.

That or the board must have been it.  I switched the old board back in (getting good as pulling the covers off; but hope this is the last time!); and it fired right up.

Many thanks,
