LaserJet Pro 400 color M451dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a LaserJet Pro 400 color M451dw. The automatic duplexing worked fine until I upgraded to Windows 10.

I upgraded the drivers. I followed the instructions for setting up the printer (ie "Print on both sides" checkbox on the "Finishing" tab and auto-duplex has been installed). When I try to print a document, it asks me to set up the printer wizard which I do.  I go through the steps until it reaches the manual feed printing test, but then the wizard will not work after this point.  So I can't get the duplexing to work.

Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated!

This appears to be an issue related to printer driver, hence uninstall and re-install should be attempted.  You may use the latest full software available for download at following HP web link:

Other possibilities relate to issues caused due to unsuccessfull OS upgrade or related aspects should also be checked
