HP LaserJet Pro M1212nf Mltifunction Printer
macOS 10.14 Mojave

My laserjet Pro M1212nf keeps showing initializing. I have tried the following

1. Restart

2. Reset by press and hold right button and cancel button during boot up(which shows "Permanent storage init.")

3. Hard Reset by removing power cord and waiting for 60 seconds.

None of the above works

Please help. Please send me private message as I see HP staff will do so.

Thanks.

If your printer is unable to boot then it will need to be serviced.

You have the following options:

1. Bring the printer into a local PC Repair shop and ask for a quote

2. Contact HP directly via Chat or Phone call and review the available warranty options: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/contact.html
