After switching internet provider (new modem & router), I'm unable to connect the printer to the network.

On the manual, it says,  "On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button , and then press the Wireless Menu button," but when I press the button, it prompts me to "Press WPS button on the router."  When I press the WPS button on the router, the printer keeps searching but it does not recognize anything.

I tried going into Network Setup --> Wireless Menu, but there's no option for me to find my network name.

Please advise.

Try setting up the printer as USB first and make sure its working correctly. Then rerun the installation and convert the printer to a network printer. HP has some goofy steps to try and make network connections easier and sometimes they backfire on us. Rerunning the installer from an already installed USB printer may smooth over whatever the initial problem was. You can manually configure network printer installations too but they require a little more effort to track down the first IP address assigned to the printer unless you previously configured a static IP from the control panel.

Thank you.  I first didn't understand what you meant by "rerun the installation" but figured out.  I just had to go to HP website to download the driver again and run it.
