LaserJet Pro m400dn

Has Squeaking Noises When printing papers or just initializing the Printer.

I've Tried replacing the toners with another printer (same model) . But the sound's still there.

The sound happens when the top rollers are spinning.

E.g. : After inserting toner, Closing back tray, Printer Initializes. This is when the top portion where paper comes out after printing. (Thats where the sound comes from.) It sounds like its at the back and top part of the printer.

sounds in printers can be tricky, if you believe its the exit rollers, you can try cleaning them with a little rubbing alcohol or drop a little bit of oil where parts make contact w/ the shaft.  sometimes a worn/dirty pick up roller can cause a squeak, but since it happens on initialization it could probably be ruled out.  Another part to consider is the fuser assembly.  it sits right below the exit rollers in the rear of the machine, and sometimes the bearings go bad.

Hi Apone, I've tried applying lubricants to the exit rollers and it still has the same sound issues. Is it recommended to change the fuser assembly?
