LaserJet m281 booklet printing

Using new laserjet m281. Can't print booklet.

I've printed booklets for years on my inkjets. This laser jet does it's own configuration after you select "booklet" printing.
It prints 4 pages to each side, tiny priint. Ie, no booklet functionality. What to do? GRRRRRRR

Hi,

What application are you printing from?

From the used application, ensure it is set to print 1 page per sheet and not 2 as an example which will cause such behavior.

Please let me know how it goes, for any issue be sure to clarify what application you are printing from.

I am printing from Word 7.
'Pages per sheet' by default =1
Once you select 'booklet', 'pages per sheet' is greyed out

Thanks for clarifying.

When you open the print dialog from Word ensure the Pages to Print option within Word itself is set to 1 page per sheet, there are both Word's settings and the printer driver's settings:

Next, click the Printer Properties button and select Booklet Printing within the Finishing tab.

Please ensure it, when you set multiple pages per sheet within Word itself, it will not be disabled by the printer driver settings and will cause a such,

You are not reading what i wrote.

What you're telling me to do is what i've done, too many times over. Grrrr

As soon as i choose 'booklet' printing, the number of pages per sheet changes to 2 and is greyed out!
