Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fsw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281fsw isn't printing in the right colors, I've tried "clean service", but it doesn't help.  The 3 colored cartridges are almost new 80% of them left & the black one is totally new. Here are some pictures of the problem

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
