Laserjet 8150N
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I'm new on Windows and can't understand what I'm missing here.

I want to use my LaserJet 8150N on my WiFi, which works perfect on my Mac and my colleagues Win 8.

The printer is connected to an Airport Extreme with an ethernet cable.

When connecting my computer with a cable to the router I can set up the printer with its ip-adress (192.168.0.29) and it prints perfect, but when disconnecting the cable and connect via WiFi it's impossible to find the printer.

If I use a static IP for the computer when connecting to the router (e.g. 192.168.0.9) I can use the printer, but on the downside I won't be able to connect to the internet...

I do not think the person above understands your issue. It would appear the ip range of the wireless network is different then the wired. If that is the case see if the link below is of help.

Well, suddenly the printer just started to prin. I’ve spent hours trying to set up the printer without success, and suddenly, after a nights sleep the computer decides to accept it and print. 🤓

Thank you all for your helping advices!
