Hello, I moved the location of my printer today and upon turning it back on Error 49 appeared and the menu is unusable. I haved removed it from power completely, waited several minutes, and plugged back in directly to the wall. Same issue and cannot use the menu. After searching for several hours I have found that this issue tends to result in a NVRAM reset since the printer menu is not usable and it cannot be reached by any computer. Is the process for this available anywhere? I've seen many with the same issue that have the process sent directly to them. Please help if possible.

Thank You!!!

Thank you for the information! Both my macbook and my windows 10 machines are showing the printer as offline. I'm able to open up properties to view, however, i can't do anything beyond that. Not seeing anything in a queue or pending jobs. Tried power cycling it several times with both unplugging it completely and waiting a few minutes before re-plugging and simply power cycling with the on/off button. I was looking for something like power cycling while holding panel buttons down in some combination and will give that a try as soon as i can. Will try updating as shown in the youtube video if the power cycling doesn't work. Thank you very much for the information!!!
