HP Color LaserJet CP3525dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I have a HP Color LaserJet CP3525dn with error "59.F0". Error use to appear one a week and now i cannot print at all.

I noticed that the toner collection unit was full and there was waste toner all arround it, so i replaced the part. It printer 3 pages then i get error "59.F0" again. I opened the printer and noticed toner arround the toner collection unit, removed it, there was waste tonner all over the place. Place it back, get same issue, print 3 pages then i get the error again. The toner collection unit is well inserted but i still get toner waste all over the place.

Is this error linked to the toner collectiob unit? Some thread says it's a transfert belt issue!

Can anyone help me resolve this error "59.F0"...

The first thing to do is remove and then reinsert the transfer belt.

Already did that, with no success...

It is possible you have a bad transfer belt, but there is not real way to test. Keep in mind the front of the transfer belt is where the auger system is located which moves the excess toner from the belt to waste toner bottle. If the auger is not working right it is possible the works are getting gummed up.  Also there is a sensor which reads tha allination of the transfer belt and if the sensor is bad or dirty could cause the issue. Even a bad fuser motor can cause the issue. Wish I have a more direct answer for you, but there are may items that can cause the issue.

Thank you davidzuts for all these info.

I will replace the transfert belt and see if the issue is fixed. Will let you know of the outcome.

Thanks.

I just sent you a private message regarding your issue.

Replacing ITB will not clear error.
This is known issue with this model of printer, a small piece of duck tape will fix your printer.

Hard reset on the transfer kit doesn't solve the error either.
