Your drivers for LaserJet M1136 MFP uploaded on your website are useless. I have tried several times (at least 10 times on multiple PCs) to uninstall and install the file, but no use. After double-clicking the file it says - extracting and after completion up to 100 percent, the dialogue box disappears and nothing new opens up and the drivers also don't get installed.
The biggest problem is that there is no support for customers having out of warranty products for a software issue like this. Moreover, this is an issue from your side and not the client's. All other hardware and software companies provide such installation support services for out of warranty products. Your product has become useless just because I am not able to install this and that too because of your buggy software driver file, what sort of justice is this?

Check your C:\. HP likes to extract its driver files right to the root of C:\ under a folder name that matches the printer. If your machines are blocking the HP extraction process then the files will not make it to the machine. This would match the details you have provided.
If you believe the files are failing to extract then try running the driver .exe file "as admin" or from an elevated command window. This will ensure that your machine has the correct privilages.
After you find the extracted files you can manually launch the software installation wizard. Or skip the HP wizard and manually setup a printer by pointing the Win10 add a printer wizard to the driver folder you created.
