Bonjour, 

J'ai un problème sur une imprimante du modèle MFP 227fdw.

Lorsque je lance une impression, la feuille rentre de biais dans l'imprimante et provoque un bourrage.

J'ai essayé plusieurs solutions, en vain. (Bourrage du papier, alimentation du bac)

 

Avez-vous une solution ?
