Laserjet Pro M201dw

Good morning - I purchased a Laserjet Pro M201dw about 3 months ago.  I just changed the original print cartridge as an idea of how much/little it has been used. It worked well for 3 months but started printing extremely slowly if at all with in the last couple days.  It's not a networked printer, it's directly hooked to my PC.

Thanks for any help,

Jim

Hello

Try going to the service menu from the printer and changing the USB speed from high to full

The printer will reboot and will have the best speed for the connection

As well make sure that the USB cable it´s less than 6 ft and it´s a direct connection print and PC (no USB hubs or something similar)

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.
