Laserjet Pro MFP M227fdw

I have a Laserjet Pro MFP M227fdw that has fallen just outside of warranty. Before I pay for support, I was hoping to get some information from the Forums.

This printer is ghost printing with a faint replica of the existing print job around 2-3 inches down the page.

I have replaced the toner and imaging drum, and also cleaned every part that I can access inside the printer, but the problem persists.

All  information I have found online points towards a faulty fuser unit, however, I have been unable to locate the fuser on this model, or find any information relating to a fuser unit for this model.

Would someone be able to confirm if this unit does in fact have a separate fuser unit that can be replaced, or it's built in to something else?

Any help on this woud be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I had already come across this video when conducting my research. I have tried the steps in this video, but unfortunately not been able to resolve the issue.

The video suggests looking at the fuser unit/rollers and this is the only step that I have not been able to carry out. My question is, does this printer model have a separate fuser unit that can be replaced? If so, how do I access it?

I have not been able to locate a fuser unit inside the printer itself and not been able to find anything in the user manual for this model regarding the fuser unit either.

I have looked at all potential causes of ghost printing except the fuser unit, which I cannot seem to find.
