Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
I am trying to perform a factory reset on a Laserjet P3015 printer. After I go to Configure Devices- Resets- Factory Reset Settings- OK. It doesn't reset the printer. It retains the current static IP address. I have power cycled the printer.
What am I missing?

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.
Not sure this will help,but remove the network cable from the machine and retry the reset.Then power of the machine plug in the network cable and restart the printer.Hope this will help.
