After 20 cleaning papers our HP Color LaserJet CP5225n still makes this lines. All inks are original HP inks. Is there anything we can do than switch to another printer company?

You will hardly find official instructions for cleaning, use google search, and this forum too. You can find smart solutions on how to clean the belt on this forum.
It's is a dirty job because of waste toner inside belt. You will need to replace cleaning blade if cleaning doesn't help, you can find them on eBay
