Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M181fw
Operating System: Linux

I have installed the HP Device manager on my linux system but unfortunately the system only detects the device as scanner and printer but not fax sender.

The printer from the button sends the device display sends the fax very well but I am not sure why on my computer, the HP device manager cannot detect the device as a fax sender.

I tried both connecting the device via network and also directly via USB. both are the same result.

 

Can anyone help here?

I had before another HP printer officejet and I had no such problem.

so I just wonder what the problem is.

and I am not sure that it is listed as having full support.
