Thanks for the reply, the default username and password set on all printers are admin.
If that is not working, there is a possibility that you might have set a different username and password and don't recall it.
Recommend you select the Wireless menu on the printer front panel, scroll through the list and select restore defaults and check.
If the issue persists, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your printer.

I understand that you are looking to reset the password on your printer, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
May I know the issue you are facing?
Are you able to print and scan on the printer?
Have you tried the username and password as "admin" without the quotes?
Please click here the user manual of your printer.
Refer to page number 102 for assistance in managing the admin username and password of the printer.
If the issue persists, recommend you contact our phone support for the service options available for your printer as it would have to reset at a service center.
