@Minh_Nguyen,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. For you to have the best experience on the HP forum, you could also visit our HP Forums Guide for First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.  I see from your post that you are having issues with the HP Instant Ink cartridges. No worries, I'll be glad to help you.

Normally, the Instant Ink program would auto-detect the low ink and ship a replacement cartridge, only when the printer isn't constantly connected to the internet or there are connection issues, is when that doesn't happen.

As you have mentioned in your post that you have lost the Instant ink cartridges, In this scenario, I would need to know few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridge.

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely,

There should be an option to order or request more cartridges from your instant ink web portal/home page.

I can't seem to find anything about ordering more ink, the closest I can get is track previous shipments. Also I can't reach anyone in person, no phone number nor email and the virtual assistant never able to connect to anyone.

@Minh_Nguyen,

Thank you for waiting!

Please reply to this private message with the below details:

Please provide me with the Instant Ink Account Number, Email Address, or Printer Serial number.

I need your email address which is registered with your Instant Ink Account, not the Printer's email address.

Could you also provide me with the shipping address associated with your HP Instant ink account.

Awaiting your response for further assistance,

Good luck & Have a great day, ahead!
