Could you elaborate on the issue you are facing with the printer?

without the password it will not let me scan a document. I originally had it set up wired to computer not connected to wifi. Well long story short a former employee set up the wireless part and password and they are no longer here.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
