Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

ON DATED 19/08/19 I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT BUT WHEN I AM TRYING TO SCAN DOCUMENT TO PDF FORMAT, THE PDF OPTION NOT VISIBLE. PLEASE GUIDE ME

Have you installed the Full Feature Software for your printer?

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/COL51478/ma-124621-1/LJM1005_Full_Solution.exe

 

you may also try HP Scan Extended which should allow scanning to PDF:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi
