M102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a M102w printer. The printer has been configured with static IP. Recently my network has changed IP class (beyond my control and influence) and printer become inaccessible. I need to reset network settings of the printer. I do not have access to WEB interface anymore.

Can you please provide me with instructions, how can I do this?

Kind regards,

Andrzej

Hi Andrzej,

Press and hold the Wireless button for more than 20 seconds, till the middle attention light starts blinking, then allow the printer to restart.

Next, follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below to reconfigure your printer for the new network:

Hi,

Thank you for the instructions. I was able to change network to artificial one with the same IP class as previously and change settings to DHCP and then change the network again to the target one.

Kind regards,

Andrzej
