Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M176n

Hi, My printer is dispalying a 54.2 error with a message to switch off and on. When this is doen a loud grinding noise is heard and it is clear that the cartridges are stuck in the printer. Does anyone know how to release the brake and free up the carousel to allow manual removal of the cartridges? There are guides for other models online but I cannot find anything for this one and can't see where I would 'press' to allow manual release.

Excellent, thanks for your help. I have resolved the issue and now have a working printer again 🙂
