Bought this from Staples a couple of weeks ago. Worked fine til yesterday. Had it set up on working wireless connection. Would not print, so checked all wireless connections, did firmware reboot, tried USB connection, removed from Mac printer list. Mac printer preference sees my other HP printer. Cannot re-establish connection with the M203dw printer, via Mac printer preference, means I cannot do any troubleshooting in the printer itself. All items in my home network work properly....the problem is within the printer itself. The M203dw is a new model?

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw Printer. I understand that your printer does not maintain wireless connection and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.
Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
Restart the computer, printer, and router.
Check the status of the wireless connection.
Evaluate a Wireless Network Test Results page.
Update the printer firmware.
Assign a manual IP address to your printer.
-
Print a new Network Configuration Page.
-
Locate the URL(s) for Embedded Web Server address.
-
On your computer, open an Internet browser.
-
Type the URL address for the EWS in the browser address bar, and then press Enter.
-
If a website security certificate displays in the Internet browser, click Continue.
The EWS webpage for the printer opens, which confirms that the printer is on the same network as the computer.
-
On the EWS webpage, click the Network tab.
-
In the Wireless section, click Wireless (802.11), and then click Manual IP.
-
On the Network Configuration Page, locate the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway.
-
On the EWS webpage, type the IP Address, Subnet Mask, and Default Gateway numbers from the Network Configuration Page in the matching fields, and then click Apply
Click here and refer the document to perform the above steps.
Let me know how it goes.
Cheers.
