M225dw scanner issues

I am able to set up scan to email with gmail but none of the scans come through. I tried to set up scan to folder but can't figure out the pathway. So I tried to set up Google drive but failed at that too. I just need a method to scan. Thanks.

• When was the last time the printer was working fine?
• Are you able to make a copy?
• Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
• Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
