M252 password/factory reset

Dear all

Have moved house and am trying to set my m252 up to print. Unfortunately I can't add the new wireless network as any changes to the printer settings require me to enter a password on the printer touchscreen (which I have forgotten if I ever knew it in the first place).

I have attempted to do a factory reset but can't do that either because I don't have the password.

I have tried to find how to do a COLD or NVRAM reset but there doesn't seem to be any info on in the manual or on the HP site.

Any suggestions?
