Hello,
We just bought M252dw laserjet printer new, but the color is very off.
It's so dark and totally red/orange ish print.
How I can fix this?
Everything turns out orange/red print.
I tried color calibration and adjust alignments but nothing changed, still orange/red print only.
Texts are not blurred, just color is totally off.

This may be a hardware issue with the cartridge. I suggest calling into our phone support regarding warranty and service options. Please follow this link : Click here
Enter your product number, select your product, scroll down and fill out the form. You will then be given a phone number and a case/reference number to give to the agent that answers your phone call.

I tried everything on the page, but didn't solve the problem.
And the cartridge is genuine, it came with the new printer.
The print still looks very red color shifted.
Maybe the ink cartridge is defective?
We bought from Amazon. Contact Amazon and return/exchange ?
