Considering this is a new printer then the next best place to go is direct to HP support.

 

They can share with you the steps to perform a COLD RESET or an NVRAM RESET incase there is some kind of a setting on the printer that is interfering with your network connection.  They can also provide warranty support for you incase the network adapter or something else on the printer is defective.
