I have read all the posts about this problem and performed the suggested reboot procedure.  I still have the error message "Supply Memory Error".  I'm trying to use third party aftermarket toner cartridges.  Switching back to the empty cartridges clears the error message but what good is it if its empty.  Has anyone found a work around?

You have a problem with your 3rd party cartridges.  This is not an HP issue.

You need to contact your 3rd party cartridge supplier for support.  They can provide you with a replacement cartridge or advise you if your cartridges are no longer compatible with this printer model.  If they arent then I would home they have a new chip, cartridge or refund to compensate you for updates to HPs 3rd party cartridge policies.
