Hi, I have been an HP Printer purchaser for over 25 years.

I love my printer for 12 months and have used recycled cartridges for most of that time. It has ceased to print in the last few days at random due to the Supply memory issue. My cartridges (recycled) have worked fine for a month until this week when all four have flagged as supply memory after printing only 80 pages.   I've done a hard reset and changed cartridges. No change. Please help

Do I need to uninstall the firmware update? In Australia, it is illegal for a printer supplier to compel an owner to only use Manufacturers consumables.

@acorrojd Welcome to HP Community!

I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information:

Stand by for updates!

And have a good day.

(P.S: If anyone wants these instructions for their specific printers, please create a public post and tag me, I'll be happy to help).
