Product: LaserJet Pro 400 color M451dn
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

When I print the first document of the day it prints a full page of horizontal black stripes. It is only the first print, every day. What causes it and how do I fix it? black lines

I am having the same issue with Laserjet Pro CM1415 mfp. After 2n or 3 page it starts to print normally.

 

Their message have been her since June 19.... Nobody can figure this out?

 

New toner didn't help, new downloads didn't help.
