HP Color LaserJet MFP M477fdw

This device recently had a label jam which required many parts to be removed, after reassembly it started intermittently jamming when printing two or more pages.

The first page prints and feeds to the output tray, the second page is picked up and feeds in about an inch past the feed roller and stops with no marks on the leading edge of the paper.

Today I have limited Internet Connectivity so researching this is difficult, I will update this post when the issue is resolved.

@Repairatrooper do you have any insight as to the cause?

Documentation is sparse on the 477 but on the newer 479 the suggested steps for resolving the issue are to ensure that the tray guides are all set properly, check all the rollers. The behaviour suggests delayed pickup or failure of the exit sensor to me.
