We are printing checks and the print is dropping below the line it is needed to print on on the left side of the document only

It is a 1 MM  drop off and is effecting  the  way the check is processed.

We have altered the aligment , but need the  left side   to be in sync with the right side of the check and completley level

With image registration you can adjust the scan (X) and feed (Y) direction. X is for left or right adjustment and Y is for up or down adjustment. The adjustment can't be more than 5mmin any direction. Any adjustment you make moves the whole text to that direction for the amount of mm you specified. Thus, you can't adjust only the left side printing while not adjusting the right side printing with the exactly the same adjestment.

Cheers!

Hi @WCN01,

What do you mean by "we have altered the alignment"? Specify the actions you did, please.

We have  used the Registration test page to modify   the  adjustments , but it does not level the alignment  which is needed . the is a 1MM difference  from a  printed  line on the paper  from the left side to the right side.

We need to adjust the level  of the line  not raise the  whole line .
