Product: HP Enterprise M608
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi, I have two M608 Enterprise printers.  On one, the admin password is not set, and I can get to the EWS.  But on the other there is an admin password and I cannot remember it.  How can I reset this to factory default.  When I go to the preboot screen, the Admin options are locked out and tell me to sign in.     I searched the forum, but all the answers seemed to be mailed via PM.  Please send me Factory Reset or Admin Reset instrucitons for the M608.  Thanks Jim F

If an admin password has been assigned to the pre-boot menu you are out of luck. You will have to replace the formatter.
