Hey guys i need some help, i have an M680 color laser jet printer, problem with the drum motor, i replace it, but now when i print black and white its ok, but when i use color, all the bacground is magenta.
tried to replace the magenta cartridge, the rollder, the transfer belt, the formatter, still the same issue....what could be the problem?

Hi Ljubisa,
This is probably because the springs are not making proper contact with the HVPS-D (High Voltage Power Supply).
So:
Remove the HVPS-D (lower) and re-install it, but take extra care with the springs and check if they can been seen through the HVPS's holes.
Probably the magenta's springs are not making good contact with the HVPS-D.
If that does not resolve the issue, then replace the HVPS-D (lower).
