It was actually bad pick up roller, the paper was not feeding trough the end. The pickup roller solved it. Thanks

Hi Ljubisa,

You can't remove the paper or the cartridge? If it is the paper, where does the leading edge of paper stop in the paper path?

I just got another same model, with the same problem. its stopping right after exits the fuser, before exit at the output bin.

and i tested all the sensors and pickup rollers, still jamming.

Sometime it will jam one paper at the top, right before exiting the paper bin, and the second page will stop right before the fuser

What is the error code that you get?

Have you swapped the fuser with a known good working one?
