Product: D7P68A
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have a M830 D7P68A  with stapler/stacker CZ994A . It intermittently skews a page in  multiple page staple jobs causing a page not to be stapled. It is random but fairly consistent on large 20 to 30 page stapled documents. The unit has less than 200,000 pages and has the newest firmware revision futuresmart 3  date code 20190711. All exit rollers have been cleaned and checked and device never jams with this issue.

We had this issue with a 880 (similar finishing options) and it turned out that the calibration timing of the finisher was off and needed to be adjusted. Also make sure that the finisher is properly aligned.
