M880Z
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the M880Z and attached booklet make stapler

For the life of me I cant find the option to produce a 2 sided document (letter size) with top left staple and three holes.

2 hole option is available with staple or 3 holes on right with staple but not on the left.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Make sure that in the installable options of the driver you have the correct model of finisher showing. Also make sure firmware and driver are current, many improvements have been made. Ensure that your paper settings are not set for any/any. Some finishing options will be unavailable depending on your choice of media.

If you have not seen it before, attached is an HP Whitepaper on finishing options and setup

Thanks. I have gone through the papers and just still can't get it.

If I use the machine as a copier I can do 3 hole left with or without Staples but when printing from PC I don't have that option.

Any other advice would be appreciated
