Hello All,
We have a Laserjet MFP M277 c6 printer that is not picking up paper.
We try to run the Clean routing put we get the "Add paper" error.
When machine is trying to pick up paper, we can hear a clicking / grinding noise, as if some internal gears are touching, but not meshing. So I suspect that the rollers are simply not turning.
Can this be tested / inspected to see what is not working properly? Is this something that can be fixed by the crew at my local BestBuy store?
Or is it easier to simply easier / cheaper to replace the printer? (kinda pricey to be a throw-away product)
Thanks,
-tomas

Thanks. But we've already tried everything except taking the printer in for service.
But we're at the point where it's nearly as expensive to fix as to replace.
This happens too often with HP printers.
We've had better luck with other brands, so ....
